Pineda
Director
The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety ( CDRMS) have found the above referenced
report to be in compliance with CDRMS Regulations: 4.09.1(11) and 4.10.2(2), unless noted below.
The above referenced report was prepared by North West Colorado Consultants (NWCC) for
Twentymile Coal Company. NWCC visited the site on September 30th, 2013. Based on the report,
NWCC did not observe any signs of instability, structural weakness or hazardous conditions at the pile,
with the exception of a drainage port located along the upper haul road on the west side of Areas 2, 3,
and 4which experienced excessive channeling. These observations reflect observations with on -site
inspections conducted by the Division of the Waste Pile. The report states that the wash plants produced
approximately 408,5031tons of waste coal.
No compaction test were requested for the quarter.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
