I <br />think these will be minor revision request, but, we as <br />landowners, are respectfully requesting these changes <br />and are changes that we strongly want. <br />First, I would like to tell you what a pleasure it has been <br />working with Rick and Mike and Frank. Words can't <br />express this enough. <br />We are farmers, and as farmers, we never have a bunch of <br />ditches and things in our fields. This is also in rules 4.25 . <br />We, however, realize that erosion control and water <br />control are of an essence. This is what we are requesting <br />and we hope it meets with your approval.
