As needed, each response is either detailed in this letter, <br />or the details are incorporated into the permit document and referenced. <br />Exhibit B — Location Map, Rule 6.4.2 <br />Map B -1 has been revised to have a correct scale of 1" = 1000'. <br />Exhibit C — Pre - mining and Mining Plan Maps, Rule 6.4.3 <br />The map description text has been corrected to match the maps, with the processing located in <br />the southeast corner of the site. <br />The 100 -year floodplain has been made clearer on all plan view maps it appears on. A hatch has <br />been added to clearly delineate the area within the floodplain. <br />Map C -3 cross sections have been revised to extend 200 feet beyond the edge of the permit <br />boundary. Symbols and lines have been modified to reflect theses revisions to the cross sections. <br />The fences on all plan view maps have been revised to be clearer. <br />The Mining Stage line (gold line mentioned in the adequacy review) has been added to the <br />legend. <br />Exhibit D — Mining Plan, Rule 6.4.4 <br />Additional language has been placed in Exhibit D to further describe the processing plants that <br />will be present at the Tomichi Pit. Map C -2B also shows the processing area with plants and <br />stockpiles. <br />The approved augmentation plan has been added to Appendix 1.
