<br />Pine Bluffs Gravel & Excavating, Inc., PO Box 609,
<br />Pine Bluffs, Wyoming 82082, phone (307)245 -3676, has
<br />filed a 112 Hard Rock/Metal Mining Reclamation Permit
<br />Application with the Colorado Division of Reclamation,
<br />Mining, and Safety Board under provisions of the
<br />Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of
<br />Construction Materials. The location 'of the proposed
<br />mine, known as the Limon Pit is the SE4 of section 28,
<br />Township 9 South, rhnge 56 West, 61" p.m., Lincoln
<br />County, Colorado.
<br />The proposed date of mine commencement is after April
<br />1, 2014 and the purposed date of completion is five
<br />years from commencement or after April 1, 2019. The
<br />proposed future use of the land is pasture land.
<br />Additional information and tentative decision date may
<br />be obtained from the Division of Reclamation, Mining
<br />and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver,
