The Division did not receive any
adverse comments regarding this change of status.
Pursuant to Hard Rock Rule 1.13.8, this period of temporary cessation may not continue for more than
five (5) years. All other permit conditions and requirements remain in full force and effect.
Please be reminded that while the site is in temporary cessation, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. must
maintain the site in a stable condition and ensure that all reports and submittals are complete and timely.
If any reclamation or mining - related activities are contemplated, please notify this Division so that the
permit can be revised back to "Active" status.
All written correspondence must be sent to the Division's Denver office (see address in letterhead,
above).
