TRAPP21 HININD INCE
February 26, 2014
Mr. Jared Ebert
Environmental Protection Specialist
Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
Dear Mr. Ebert:
DIV1S10N Cc RECLAACMA1T /ION
Re: Trapper Mining Inc., Permit No. C-81 -010, Technical Revision TR 112
_Airblast and Blast Monitoring Egnipmen_t_Location Update
Please find enclosed duplicate copies of permit revision TR -112. This revision includes new text
(Pg. 3 -31) pertaining to the monitoring location of our on -site blast monitoring equipment.
Trapper previously utilized two monitoring stations located in the Oak drainage area. As
operations have progressed at the site, this area is no longer near blasting and is no longer a
logical location for our monitoring equipment. Residencies on the Eastern side of the mine are
now closer to the active mining and blasting. Therefore Trapper proposes to move our
monitoring equipment to a site near Moffat County Road 33, (the Knez Divide Road,) on the old
Levkulich ranch property that is now owned by Trapper Mine via Williams Fork Land Company.
The current blast monitoring equipment will be replaced with newer equipment. Our previous
equipment is now out of date and will be updated with this new location. Trapper will however
keep our old equipment for possible future use as needed. It can be utilized for spot checks or
other in the field monitoring if required. Equipment will be moved and installed at the new
location as soon as weather permits this spring.
Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the enclosed information.
Sincerely,
Z"' _ 4°`--
Graham Roberts
Environmental Engineer
GCR [M[Permit Revisions/FR-1 12 Cover Letter.doc]
c Jared Ebert-two copies w/ attachments
Wendy Reynolds, BLM w/ attachments
File 109.2.3.4 w/o attachments
Revisions File
P.O.
