The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on February 7, 2014, a minor revision application (MR -131) to
the Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit No. C- 1981 -019, operated by Colowyo Coal Company L.P., P.O. Box
33695, Denver, CO 80233 -0695 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. With MR -131,
Colowyo proposes to revise the aligment of the South Taylor haul road south of the West Pit. All reviews
and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this
date of filing.
