Pineda <br />Director <br />Re: CAM - Colorado, LLC, Fruita Loadout <br />Technical Revision #02, Permit Boundary Revision; Subsurface Ownership Map <br />Permit C- 2010 -088 <br />Dear Mr. Stover: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received the CAM - <br />Colorado, LLC (CAM) submittal of Technical Revision 2 for the Fruita Loadout. The revision <br />was received on November 20, 2013 and deemed completed on November 29, 2013. TR -2 <br />proposes to make an incidental permit boundary revision, add a subsurface map, update adjacent <br />landowner information and update the list of officers in the permit. The Division has the <br />following comment: <br />1. DRMS: There appears to be an error on revised page 2.03 -6 The final paragraph on <br />the currently approved 2.03 -5 does not flow correctly into the new proposed page 2.03- <br />6. Please submit a corrected page 2.03 -6 <br />JES &A: The DMRS' letter dated December 16, 2013 transmitted its adequacy response <br />for the referenced technical revision. The adequacy response noted that approved page <br />2.03 -5 does not flow corrected into page 2.03 -6 Enclosed is a corrected page 2.03 -6 <br />DRMS: Response is sufficient. <br />2. The AVS check conducted by the Division shows that the ownership and control <br />information provided is not consistent with the information in AVS.
