Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety ( CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with the following CDRMS regulation: <br />4.05.9(17) — Examined at least quarterly by a qualified person designated by the operator, for <br />appearance of structural weakness and other hazardous conditions. <br />4.05.9(17) — A copy of the report shall be submitted to the Division on a quarterly basis. <br />The fourth quarter sediment pond inspection reports were received by the Division on 16 January 2014. <br />Sediment pond inspections were conducted by TC during the last week of December 2013. <br />It is noted that no maintenance items were required or conducted, with the exception of maintenance <br />items needed include: clearing of vegetation at Pond B, Pond T, and the installation of new baffles at the <br />FCB Ponds in the Spring of 2014. These items reflect maintenance issues noted in the Division's <br />inspection reports. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
