( Colowyo) received your 2012 Annual Reclamation Report (ARR) comment letter, dated October 1, 2013 (original comments in italics), and has the following responses: DRMS Item 1: Figure 3 -1 has an error in the acres seeded table. The cumulative total is reported as 1212.25 acres. However, the sum of acres seeded for "10 years or less" and acres seeded for "greater than 10 years " is not equal to 1212.25. CCC discusses this discrepancy in Section 3 and states that 1212.25 is the correct total but did not correct the subtotals to agree with the total value. Please document the correct values under separate cover. Response: Per a telephone discussion between Mr. Zuber and Mr. Tennyson on November 27, 2013, it was determined that Colowyo will address this small discrepancy in acres on the 2013 Annual Reclamation Report. Colowyo will include the clarification on Figure 3 -1 in the 2013 ARR. DRMS Item 2: The font on Figure 8 -3 is so small is becomes illegible when scanned. Please provide this information in a larger font in future reports. Response: The font on Figure 8 -3 will be made larger or the entire Figure will be enlarged as requested in future ARRs. DRMS Item 3: Weed management is considered a cultural practice in accordance with Rule 2.04.13(1)(e). In future ARRs (beginning with the 2013 ARR), please provide information indicating where weed control efforts have been employed on a yearly basis (broken down by parcel). This information should include what methods were used, what chemicals were applied, and which noxious species were targeted. Response: Colowyo will include a section in the 2013 ARR that documents weed control efforts for the report year. This narrative will include locations (by reclamation parcel), methods and chemical utilized, and species targeted.
