The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on November 26, 2013, a minor revision application (MR -129)
to the Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit No. C- 1981 -019, operated by Colowyo Coal Company L.P., P.O. Box
33695, Denver, CO 80233 -0695 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. Colowyo proposes to
update Rule 4 of the PAP for the South Taylor/Lower Wilson area (Volume 12) to incorporate formatting
revisions. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated
thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
