The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on November 26, 2013, a minor revision application (MR -130)
to the Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit No. C- 1981 -019, operated by Colowyo Coal Company L.P., P.O. Box
33695, Denver, CO 80233 -0695 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. This minor revision
documents a wildland fire near parcel ST001, which is east of the South Taylor Pit. All reviews and
comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of
filing.
