GEMI is in agreement with the <br /> proposed Technical Revisions. However it must be noted that before any reclamation <br /> activities must ensue,will require the approval of DOE. DOE has informed us that <br /> reclamation is not an approved activity during the PEIS process. Nor will they review any <br /> reclamation plans during the PEIS process or review period and litigation process. <br /> Please note that electronic versions will be sent today and hard copies mailed.
