Nntire <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the <br />Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on October 30, 2013, a minor revision application <br />(MR -268) to the Foidel Creek Mine, Permit No. C- 1982 -056, operated by Twentymile Coal, LLC, <br />29515 Routt County Road No. 27, Oak Creek, CO 80467 was considered complete for the purposes of <br />filing. Minor Revision No. 268 expands the existing waste transfer station located in the mine portal <br />area. The expansion would provide additional space for receipt and sorting of waste materials, and <br />provide for more efficient segregation and handling of mixed solid waste materials coming out of the <br />mine. No new disturbance is proposed.
