<br />We have received your letter dated October 24, 2013, requesting renewal of the above
<br />referenced substitute water supply plan ( "SWSP ") in accordance with § 37 -90- 137(11), C.R.S. This
<br />SWSP is requested to cover depletions caused by sand and gravel mining operations at three sites
<br />owned and operated by Loveland Ready -Mix Concrete, Inc. ( "LRM" or "Applicant "). The required fee of
<br />$771 (3 x $257) has been submitted (receipt no. 3662296).
<br />Plan Operation
<br />The following table lists the sites that are included in this combined replacement plan:

<br />Mining at the Mariana Butte and Baer Pit sites has been completed. Mining at the Larimer Pit
<br />site is ongoing. The Larimer Pit site consists of twenty (20) pits. Pit Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, and 11 will
<br />continue to be augmented under the decree in case no. W -7412. Mining at Pit Nos. 2, 7, 8, 10 and 12
<br />was completed prior to 1981 and have no depletions that require augmentation. Pit Nos. 16 and 17,
<br />now known as Loveland Ready Mix Pond Nos. 1 and 2, have been lined and do not expose any ground
<br />water. Pit No. 19 has been mined and backfilled. Pit No. 20 is not scheduled to be mined during this
<br />SWSP period. Therefore, only Pit Nos. 13, 14, 15, and 18 are included in this SWSP.
