I have included your review point that needed to be <br />addressed as presented in your letter so the question and answer will be in the same document for <br />easy reference. <br />Blasting Plan <br />The Applicant has committed to maintaining overpressure at 133 dB at a point between the <br />closest shot and the nearest house, where a straight line from the hole to the house intersects <br />the property line. The Division requests that the Applicant also commit to maintaining a peak <br />particle velocity of 1.0 inch /sec or less, at the same point. Please respond. <br />The applicant will commit to maintaining a peak particle velocity of 1.0 inch /second to less, at a <br />point between the closest shot and the nearest house where a straight line from the hole to the house <br />intersects the property iine. <br />I will mail this original today and supply a copy or all adequacy correspondence in the <br />application packet when it is completed.
