Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta E R eda <br />Director <br />RE: Reduction in Financial Warranty for Succession of Operation Revision,lemadojin Sand Mine, <br />Permit # M- 2006 -017 <br />Dear Mr. Miclette: <br />On February 7, 2013, the Division conducted an inspection of your site to verify current disturbance of the site so the <br />approval of succession of operation revision could be finalized. The site has been completely reclaimed and appeared <br />to be in compliance with the approved reclamation plan. The current financial warranty in place is $243,500.00. In <br />order to complete the transfer of the permit the replacement warranty in the amount of $243,500 warranty will <br />need to be posted no later than April 25, 2013.
