Everist, Inc. respectfully submits to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, the <br />112c Annual Report form and a site map for the Carr Gravel Resource (M- 1988 -048). <br />Check # 186356, dated 09/19/2013, for a total of $1,582.00, is being submitted under separate <br />cover. The check covers the annual fees of $791.00 each for two sites - Lohmann Sand and <br />Gravel (M- 2001 -017) and Carr Gravel Resource (M- 1988 -048). <br />Mining operations and production at the Carr site were minimal this past reporting year, due to <br />market conditions. We did not disturb any new areas this past year.
