Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on August 23, 2013, a minor revision application
(MR -20) to the Peabody Sage Creek Mine, Permit No. C- 2009 -087, operated by Peabody Sage Creek
Mining, LLC, P.O. Box 250, Hayden, CO 81639 -0250 was considered complete for the purposes of
filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated
thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
