r
REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL REVISION
Jubilee Venture LLC Eagle Mine Project
M- 2011 -029
The company changed its mining direction from South to North to West to East. There is no increase to
the permitted area . The change in direction would allow for a more efficient movement of the
reclaimed material. It also enhances the efficiency and safety of the operation for the heavy equipment
operators moving material to be mined and those operators moving the reclamation material back to
the mined area.
The company added a 500 gallon rented (provided by Pilot Fuel Company) fuel tank to the South East
Boundary of the permitted area. The fuel tank sits South of the middle of the Tailing Pond. The tank sits
within a 600 gallon containment tank with a safety berm surrounding the tank. The tank sits on steel
girders and has met MSHA approved safety standards.
The company increased its Fresh Water Pond to a Total of 65 feet East West, and 77 feet North South
by 15 feet deep. The tailing pond was increased to a total of 55 % feet East West by 40 %: feet North
South. The ponds are basically in the same location as previously described.
