<br />Dear Mr. Weist:
<br />The Division received the 180 -day Report and Drill Hole Abandonment Report for the Notice of Intent X-
<br />2012-223-1 Ion August 29, 2013. These reports are in compliance and satisfy Rule 2.02.6(3)(a) and Rule
<br />4.073(3), respectively. It is noted that OM13 -08, OM13 -24, OM12 -09, OM12 -07R, OM12 -27, OM12-
<br />I IR, OM12 -34, OM13 -12, OM13 -26, OM12 -17, OM12 -16, OM12 -43, OM12 -35, OM13 -32, OM13 -31,
<br />OM13 -18, OM13 -03R, OM13 -30, OM13 -13, OM13 -06, OM13 -04R, OM13 -29, OM13 -05, and OM13-
<br />23R have been sealed, reclaimed, and reseeded. The remaining holes OM- YR -02, 10, 14, 15R, 20, 21R,
<br />22, 25, 33, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, and 44 are planned for 2014, with holes 19, and 28 not being drilled.
<br />Please note that the Division has not received surface use agreements for holes 10, 20, and 42, nor all
<br />necessary cultural resource /archaeological clearances for hole 39 per Stipulation No. 2 of the NOI
<br />Acceptance. This information will be required before on- the - ground disturbances can be initiated.
