To ensure Renewal #6 continues in a timely manner, the Division <br />will send the Williams Fork Mines' reclamation cost estimation in a future adequacy letter <br />to allow MCM time to review and respond to all other comments from the Division. <br />Rule 4.30.1— Cessation of Operations: Temporary <br />1. Item resolved. <br />Midterm #6 <br />It has come to the Division's attention that adequacy items were resolved in the Williams Fork <br />Mines' Midterm 96 but the revised pages and maps related to Midterm #6 were never received by <br />the Division. Please submit all revised pages and maps addressed in Midterm #6 from the following <br />comments from the adequacy response letter received by the Division on September 30, 2011: <br />• Comments 2 — 11, <br />• comments 13 and 14, <br />• comments 16 — 21, <br />• comments 23 and 24, <br />• and comment 29. <br />The Division respectfully requests that once all items are resolved, please submit all pages, exhibits <br />and maps revised with Renewal #6 for Williams Fork Mines' PAP as a revision. <br />This concludes the Division's second adequacy review for the Williams Fork Mines' Renewal #6.
