Exhibit E <br />Reclamation Plan: <br />The gradient of all slopes are 3:1 <br />Vegetation will be established. There is not an area where vegetation <br />will not be established in order to maintain post-mine long-term <br />stability in the area. <br />The average thickness of the overburden varies from 0-3 feet. When <br />overburden needs to be disturbed, to get the gravel, 2 feet of <br />overburden will be salvaged. <br />The average thickness of the replaced topsoil will be 6-12 inches <br />Some reclamation may be implemented during the mining activities, and <br />the final reclamation will occur at the conclusion of mining activities. <br />The operator will follow guidelines in establishing that the area be <br />returned to pastureland use. <br />Guidelines for reclamation will be followed according to the <br />recommendation of the SCD office. <br />
