Exhibit D <br />(a) The method of mining will be, 1st removing topsoil. 2nd utilizing a <br />dozer and loader. <br />(b) The loader and trucks will be used in the earth moving process. <br />(c,d) No water diversions will be needed. The size of the area to be <br />worked at any one time is less than 1/z an acre. <br />(e) The date of commencement shall be September 1st, 2013 until <br />September 1st, 2033. <br />(f) Nature, depth and thickness of the deposits will be between 10 and <br />20 feet, with an average of 12 feet. If overburden is to be removed to <br />reach the gravel deposit, 2 feet will be removed, segregated from the <br />topsoil and salvaged. <br />(g) The primary commodities are sand and gravel, and the secondary is <br />dirt. The intended use is road construction. <br />(h) Expected incidental products will be oversized rocks and they will <br />be stockpiled and used for roadbase. <br />(1) No explosives will be used in this operation. <br />
