Box 165 , Canon City, CO 81215; (719) 275 -1280, submitted a request for financial warranty <br />reduction for the Sharp Gravel Pit, Permit No. M- 2012 -036. The construction materials extraction operation is <br />located at or near Section 35, Township 22S, Range 50W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Bent County. <br />Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303) 866 -3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
