Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPVd). feels there will be <br />little if any wildlife impacts provided measures be taken to avoid adverse affects upon <br />wildlife and wildlife habitat. <br />In order to prevent adverse affects upon wildlife, most notably the white- tailed <br />ptarmigan, a species currently petitioned Ior federal listing, CPW recommends the land <br />he reclaimed to prior condition. C'PW also recommends means be taken so as to not <br />allow sediment and/or chemicals to reach any nearby streams so as to not adversely affect <br />aquatic organisms and vegetation. <br />Should you have any questions, or need anything further please contact District Wildlife <br />Manager Scan Shepherd at (71 9) -5,9- 8112. <br />Hobert .
