Exhibit B: Site Description
(a) The Agnus Dei claim is approximately 8789' above sea level: the site is dry/mid
elevation. The slopes are moderate to steep decomposed granite with sporadic trees and
small native plants such as wild raspberry.
(b) There are no permanent man made structures within 200 feet of the claim. There is a
historic (non - maintained) access road to the Gog/Magog rock formations that predates
the discovery of this claim and has no public access. Access to the claim is by historic
foot trails which lead from Manitou Springs to the claim entrance. These trails also
predate the discovery of this claim.
(c) This claim is located 20' South of the Colorado Springs Watershed boundary, which is
marked by permanent Forest Service boundary signs. The closest seasonal stream is
approximately 700' to the West. No water will be used for mining operations. Since the
claim will be worked with hand tools with minimal disturbance, no adverse affects on the
stream or the drainage area are expected. Efforts will be made to prevent tailings or
overburden from eroding toward the drainage area. If needed, a berm will be built to
prevent erosion.
