Exhibit B: Site Description <br />(a) The Agnus Dei claim is approximately 8789' above sea level: the site is dry/mid <br />elevation. The slopes are moderate to steep decomposed granite with sporadic trees and <br />small native plants such as wild raspberry. <br />(b) There are no permanent man made structures within 200 feet of the claim. There is a <br />historic (non - maintained) access road to the Gog/Magog rock formations that predates <br />the discovery of this claim and has no public access. Access to the claim is by historic <br />foot trails which lead from Manitou Springs to the claim entrance. These trails also <br />predate the discovery of this claim. <br />(c) This claim is located 20' South of the Colorado Springs Watershed boundary, which is <br />marked by permanent Forest Service boundary signs. The closest seasonal stream is <br />approximately 700' to the West. No water will be used for mining operations. Since the <br />claim will be worked with hand tools with minimal disturbance, no adverse affects on the <br />stream or the drainage area are expected. Efforts will be made to prevent tailings or <br />overburden from eroding toward the drainage area. If needed, a berm will be built to <br />prevent erosion. <br />
