Exhibit D: Reclamation Plan
Reclamation Plan: Partial reclamation will occur at the end of each mining season during
mining operations, as is feasible. The natural slopes on the site are significantly steeper
than a 3:1 grade. To maintain the natural aspects of this mid elevation environment and
to reduce the impact of post- mining grading, the slopes will be reclaimed as an
approximation to the natural pre - mining slope grades. After mining is completed,
excavations and dig sites will be filled with remaining overburden and finer soil (as
available) and seeded with a diversity of species recommended by the Forest Service. As
a general rule, the disturbed areas will be broadcast seeded with 40 Ibs of seed mix per
acre in the fall before snowfall.
DRY/MID- ELEVATION 7,600- 10,000'
Boute /oua gracilis var. Hachita (blue grama)
Bromus marginatus var. Bromar (porteri) (Mtn brome)
Elymus elymoides (Sitanion hystrix) (bottlebrush squirreltail)
Stipa comata (Hesperwdpa comata) (needle and thread)
Elymus trachycaulus ssp trachycaulus (Agropyron trachycaulurn) (slender wheatgrass)
Elymus lanceolatus ssp dasystachyum var. The only dig site (pit) on this claim is
located at the discovery monument with overburden and finer soil stockpiled on work
benches at the dig area using only hand tools. No roads or trails will be created that will
need to be reclaimed.
