As my authorized representative, Mr.
Fenster operates this property pending the final land sale. In this capacity his company has applied for
Amendment of the Reclamation Plan for backfilling the mine. GSL Brush also owns a 25 acre parcel of land
adjacent to and just East of the permitted property.
This letter is to advise the Division of the availability of all stockpiled material on both parcels of land. Specifically,
the permitted property contains a large stockpile of top soil, fill dirt, sand and other material that is suitable for
back filling. The 25 acre parcel houses stockpiles of fill dirt and top soil.
GSL Brush and its authorized representative have full legal rights to all of this material. All of this material is
available in its entirety to the Division for reclamation if the need arises. The availability of this material should be
considered by the Division as it considers the amendment of the Reclamation Plan.
Sincerely,
James L. Newman
Manager
