The bond was submitted to cover recla- mation costs of exploration drill holes in Montrose County. Based on the approval of Minor Revision No. 5 for the New Horizon North Mine, the reclama- tion of this well has been transferred and bonded under Permit No C- 2010 -089. The legal description for the project is: Section 25, Township 47 North, Range 16 West. Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit written comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, to the Division at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203.
