SNOWCAP COAL COMPANY <br />PHASE I, II & III BOND RELEASE <br />ROADSIDE NORTH AND SOUTH PORTALS <br />TASKS FOR RELEASE (Continued) <br />NOTES <br />Note 1 Task 121 <br />RSN, RSS, UTL and N Ded Wells were removed with SL -7, but where inadvertently <br />reinstated during PR -5 review. <br />Note 2 Task 131 <br />Upon approval of this SL there will only be 10.5 acres remaining that's associated with drill <br />seeding and the upland seed mix. They are as follows: CBAI Sump - 0.3; <br />Pond it - 1.8; Pond 13, etc. - 5.0; Conveyor - 0.3; A Substation - 0.2; Pond 8 - 0.5 ;and <br />Ponds 6/10 - 2.4. (Hours = 88% of current bond) PLEASE NOTE: 1 acre of drill seeding <br />on CRDA #1 Laydown Area is separate (Task 182) and is not included in Task 131. <br />Note 3 Task 132 <br />Upon approval of this SL there will only be 4.4 acres remaining that's associated with <br />broadcast seeding and the upland seed mix. They are as follows: Pond 9 - 0.4; <br />Outfall 002 - 0.2; CRDA 1 Access Road - 1.4; G Substation - 0.5; SP Light Use Rd #1 - 1.9 <br />(Hours = 95% of current bond) <br />Note 4 Task 135 <br />All dollar amounts for this task are shown with location adjustment of .913 <br />Note 5 Task 135 <br />There are a total of 80 hrs associated with this task - I used 20 hours toward <br />removal of culverts and 60 hours toward removal of fencing. All fencing <br />associated with Snowcap's permit has been removed or has been approved as <br />permanent features with approval of TR -64. <br />SL -8 07/31 <br />
