<br />naung its jurisdiction over the re-

<br />West Portals (Hawk's Nest Mine)
<br />The Hawk's Nest Mine is located ap-
<br />proximately 12 miles northeast of
<br />the town of Paonia, Colorado and 3
<br />miles east of the town of Somerset,
<br />401 Meeker St.
<br />Colorado on the North Fork of the
<br />Gunnison River adjacent to Colo-
<br />rado Highway 133. The disturbed
<br />and reclaimed areas are located in
<br />Delta, CO 81416
<br />portions of Sections 1, 2, 3, 10, 11
<br />and 12, Township 13 South, Range
<br />90 West of the 6th P.M The former
<br />permit area under consideration

<br />I, Randal Sunderland, do solemnly swear that I am publisher of
<br />Permit No. 78 -155, issued by the
<br />the Delta County Independent, that the same is a weekly news-

<br />paper printed, in whole or in part, and published in the County
