<br />Notice Representative of theCraig Daily Press, that the
<br />same is a daily newspaper printed, in whole or in part,
<br />and published in the County of Moffat, State of
<br />Colorado, and has a general circulation therein; that
<br />said newspaper has been published continuously and
<br />uninterruptedly in said County of Moffat for a
<br />period of more than fifty -two weeks prior to the first
<br />publication of the annexed legal notice or
<br />advertisement; that said newspaper has been admitted

<br />Notice is hereby given of the filing of a Tech-
<br />nical Revision 100 to the Colowyo Coal Mine,
<br />Mining Permit No. C -81 -019, by the Colowyo
<br />Coal Coinpany L P , 5731 Slate Highway 13,
<br />Meeker, CO. 81641, with the Colorado Drvi-
<br />sicn Reclamation Mining and Safety, Colo-
<br />rado Department of Natural Resources, 1313
<br />Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colo-
<br />rado 802(Y3. This change revises Colowyo's
<br />mine plan to include highwall mining in the
<br />West and South Taylor Pits.
<br />All of the areas to be affected by this Techni-
<br />cal Revision are owned by Colowyo Coal
<br />Company LP , the State of Colorado and the
<br />Bureau of Land Management and are lo-
<br />cated approximately 28 miles south of Craig,
<br />Colorado, west of Colorado State Highway
<br />13 and east of Moffat County Road 51.
<br />The affected area can be located on U.S.
<br />Goo Iogcal Survey 7.5- minute quadrangle
<br />map Nos N4015-W10745/7 5 (Axial, Colo-
<br />rado) aril N4007.5- W10745/7.5 (Nmemile
<br />Gap, Colorado) and is more particularly de-
<br />scribed as follows•
<br />All of portions of Sections 2 -5, 7 -11, 14 -22,
<br />and 28 -30 of Township 3 North, Range 93
<br />West and all or portions of Sections 13, 15,
<br />16, 21 -24, 26-28, and 32 -34 of Township 4
<br />North, Range 93 West ofthe 6th P.M., Moffat
<br />County and Rio Blanco County, Colorado.
<br />A precise description of the Permit Boundary
<br />can be found in Volume 2A, Exhibit 1, Item
<br />12 of the permit document and is included
<br />herein by reference.
<br />A copy of the application for the Technical
<br />Revision is on file at the Moffat County Clerk
<br />and Recorder's Office in the Moffat County
<br />Gour thouse located at 221 West Victory
<br />Way, Craig, Colorado, 81625 and the Rio
<br />Blanco County Clerk and Recorder's Office
<br />in the Rio Blanco Courthouse located at 555
<br />Mann Street #W3, Meeker, CO, 8164 Ques-
<br />tions concerning this TR should be directed

<br />ter the publication of this notice.
