Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The July 2013 Discharge Monitoring <br />Report for the above referenced CDPS Permit were received by the Division on 30 August 2013; the <br />reports cover the time period from 01 July 2013 through 31 July 2013. <br />During the month of July 2013 only outfall 005A, 005W, MON5 (Pond D), flowed. 002A(Pond T), <br />003A(Pond B), 006A (Pond E), 007W, MON7 (Pond F), and 008A(Pond G) did not flow during the <br />month. <br />No exceedances were noted. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
