Pineda <br />Director <br />On September 3, 2013, the Division received the attached objection letter via e -mail regarding <br />Energy Fuels Coal Inc.'s application for a technical revision to cease monitoring well MW -NW. <br />In accordance with Rule 2.07.3(3)(c), the Division is forwarding the objections to Energy Fuels <br />Coal Inc.
