It had water again in 2001. Well <br />10 is close to the North Well that was used for dewatering the mine and is now MWNW. If that doesn't show <br />draw down, what does? Also the fact it had water proves that MWNW could have had water also if not sealed <br />well. <br />Also Newlin Creek and Magpie Creek were dry with no water flow in May 2012, where was the water coming <br />from in Newlin Creek that I observed hear the turnoff of CR 15 and CR 92 on May 15th. Is this not discharge from <br />the permit area and needs to meet the Federal Water Quality Standards and not contaminate individual <br />domestic wells?
