(b) There are no permanent manmade structures within 200 <br />feet of the claim.(c)The closest stream is about a half a mile away to the south. No water will be used <br />for mining operations. (d)The westerly one half of the claim is on a gradual slope, covered with aspen <br />and pine trees. <br />
