It is the policy of the Corporation to delegate authority commensurate with assigned
responsibilities. It is your responsibility to implement this policy by making such further
delegations of authority to employees within your organization as may be appropriate, and as
permitted within this document. The delegations of authority and limitations will apply to all
operating elements of the Corporation, including subsidiaries.
