JUBILEE VENTURE, LLC 19754 EAST EUCLID DRIVE CENTENNIAL, COLORADO 80016 303 617 -0813 August 7, 2013 Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety 1313 Sherman Street Room 215 Denver, Colorado 80203 Refer To: Permit M- 2011 -029 Jubilee Venture, LLC Eagle Mine 2013: Annual Report for 2012 To Whom It May Concern: The year for 2012 that this report covers saw very little disturbance of the bonded mining area. No more than 1/2 acre of mining material was removed for processing. We are currently permitted for 13 % acres. The % acre affected at the end of 2012 except for the plant area was reclaimed and seeded. The majority of efforts for 2012 were spent completing the plant and meeting current requirements for state federal and MSHA. In the current year we have changed the direction of mining from South to North to West to East. This was done to improve the through put of the mining material which allowed a better flow of material to be reclaimed. The Company has one Cat 4 % yard front end loader, one John Deer Back Hoe one Gehl Skid Steer for operating equipment. When Stephanie Reigh was on site there was another Fiat Allis Front End loader that has been shipped to Denver and sold. The Company is in possession of 5 twenty five foot conveyors all with axels and moveable. Three of the conveyors are not in use and are in the process of being sold.. At this time material is stockpiled in 5 separate piles that came from a mined area 131 feet long by 97 feet wide and 10 feet deep. (Mined in 2013) Please see map. This will be used for processing and 99.9% of the material will be returned to the excavated area for reclamation. This present year 2013 topsoil has been stockpiled; 225 feet long, 240 feet wide and 12 feet high and has been seeded and will be seeded again at the end of this year's mining season.
