Please update this paragraph to reflect the current status of this parcel. It may be appropriate to retain much of the language, in order to provide a historical reference. The parcels in questions have been removed from the table. c) Parcels 42 (Lloyd) and 54 (Starks) and 57 (Meehan) are now owned by WFC. Please update the map and table to reflect the change. The parcels in question now all reflect the WFC ownership. d) Parcel 46 (Enstrom) lists Herbert, which may be obsolete The ownership of Parcel 46 has been revised to read "Enstrom, Nancy ". 9. Comments on Map 2.03.4 -2 a) Parcel 43 (Morgan) appears in the table, but not on the map. The Morgan information has been removed from the table. b) Parcel 48 (Rice) appears in the table, but not on the map. Parcel 48 is located next to the northeast corner of New Horizon North Mine permit area. c) Parcels 54 (Starks) and 57 (Meehan) — did WFC also acquire the mineral rights for either of these two parcels? The Meehan and Starks mineral rights were both acquired by WFC. The table on Map 2.03.4 -2 reflects that.
