Pineda <br />Director <br />RE: Sharp Gravel Pit, DRMS File No. M- 2012 -036 <br />Surety Reduction Request SR -01 <br />Incompleteness <br />Dear Ms. Bellantoni: <br />On August 15, 2013 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your request for a <br />Surety Reduction (SR -01). The review of the Surety Reduction request determined that the following <br />items must be received before the Division can consider your request as being complete: <br />1) The operator shall include in the request to the office the names and addresses and phone <br />numbers of all owners of record to the affected land. <br />Until we receive the items that are presently lacking we cannot process the application further. Please <br />provide the requested material within 60 days of the date of this letter, or the application may be <br />denied.
