In <br />accordance with Rule 2.07.3(3)(c), the Division is forwarding the objections to Energy Fuels <br />Coal Inc. Please assure that all objections are also filed at the Fremont County courthouse in <br />accordance with Rules 2.07.3(3)(c) and 2.07.3(4)(a) and (b). <br />The first page is a repeat, with hand written corrections, of the objection previously forwarded to <br />you via e -mail on August 19, 2013.
