Hickenlooper
Governor
Mike King
Executive Director
Loretta E. Pineda
Director
The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety ( CDRMS) has reviewed and found the above referenced
reports to be in compliance with all applicable CDRMS regulations.
An improvement to one of the tables in the report, Outfall Inspections — Ponds, is recommended. As discussed before
with your staff, the row "Elevation & As -built Depth Water Level" is poorly named. Please ask your staff to change the
name of the row to more accurately reflect the meaning of the data or add a note below the table providing clarification.
This will likely save time for both Colowyo staff and Division specialists in the future.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me at (303) 866 -3567, extension 8113.
Sincerely,
Robert Zuber, P.E.
Environmental Protection Specialist
Office of
Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
