EXHIBIT A <br />Legal Description and Location Map <br />COTTON CREEK PIT <br />A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NWv4) of Section 27, <br />Township 45 North, Range 10 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Saguache <br />County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point from which the Northwest Corner of said Section 27 bears <br />N 75 °00' 13" W a distance of 1804.99 feet; thence N 90 °00'00" E a distance of <br />761.20 feet; thence S 00 °00'00" E a distance of 741.19 feet; thence <br />N 75 °00'00" W a distance of 379.08 feet; thence N SO °00'00" W a distance of <br />460.00 feet; thence N 07 °00'00" W a distance of 350.00 feet to the True Point <br />of Beginning, containing 9.994 acres, more or less. <br />TOGETHER WITH an easement 60 feet in width for ingress and egress to the <br />above parcel, the centerline of said easement is described as follows: Beginning <br />at a point on the south right -of- -way line of County Road CC from which the <br />northwest comer of Section 27 bears N 88 °54' 18" W a distance of 2157.97 feet; <br />thence S 00 °00'00" E a distance of 425.81 feet to the north line of the above <br />described parcel. It is intended that the sides of this easement be lengthened or <br />shortened to intersect the parcel and the county road R -O -W. <br />This tract is subject to any and all existing easements. This description was <br />prepared by Daniel M.
