Foidel Creek Mine is located mostly in T5N, R86W and <br />R87W. The current Tlu-eatened and Endangered Species information, the Threatened and <br />Endangered Statement, and the current letter dated 3 April, 2008 were reviewed. <br />Colorado Parks and Wildlife does not have and additional changes to make regarding <br />Threatened and Endangered Species. We also feel the recommendations for grouse and <br />other species addressed in original permit are adequate for the Foidel Creek Mine. <br />Again, we appreciate the opportunity to comment on the project.
