Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve the release of a <br />coal exploration bond submitted by Western Fuels - Colorado, LLC for Notice of Intent No. X -2011- <br />142-14. The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in Montrose <br />County. Based on the approval of Minor Revision No. 5 for the New Horizon North Mine, the <br />reclamation of this well has been transferred and bonded under Permit No. C- 2010 -089. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: <br />Section 25, Township 47 North, Range 16 West <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments to the Division at the address below within 30 days of publication of this <br />proposed decision in the San Miguel Basin Forum. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jason D.
