Pineda <br />Director <br />X- 2006 - 109 -13, X- 2005 - 109 -12, X- 2005- 109 -11, X -2004- <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) issued a proposed <br />decision for the above referenced Bond Release(s) on June 27, 2013. A public notice for the <br />proposed decision was published in the Craig Daily Press on July 3, 2013 and July 10, 2013. <br />The public notice initiated a thirty -day public comment period from the final publication that <br />parties having objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the Division regarding the <br />proposed bond release. No comments were received by the Division during the public comment <br />period. Day 30 fell on Friday, August 10th, 2013.
