The Division cited as a problem incorrect placement of boundary <br />markers. <br />July 19, 2013 - The Division conducted follow up inspection of the site to verify the location of the <br />markers. During the inspection it was found that an area of approximately 14.5 acres had been affected <br />by the mining operation; this is 4.5 acres more that what is currently approved in the permit.
