Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The second quarter 2013 Discharge <br />Monitoring Report were received by the Division on 30 July 2013; the reports cover the time period <br />from 01 April 2013 through 30 June 2013. <br />Outfall 008 discharged during the second quarter 2013. Discharge 008 did not exceed any compliance <br />criteria during the quarter. <br />It is noted that, although there is no DMR limit for selenium for Outfall 008, there is a reporting limit <br />due to the fact that there is a compliance schedule for selenium. Include with the second quarter DMR is <br />the lab results associated with the selenium sample collected during the second quarter. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
