Hill Commissioner Mack Louden Commissioner Anthony Abeyta Commissioner A Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Las Animas County, Colorado making a Determination on Special Use Permit Application 13 -005, by Angela Bellantoni, Environmental Alternatives Inc., on behalf of All -Rite Paving & Redi- Mix Inc., seeking to establish and operate a gravel extraction operation on property owned by Bar Nothing Ranch LLC., located east of County Road 13.0, in part of the northwest % of Section 17, T33s, R68w, north of Stonewall and referred to as "Stonewall #1 Pit" Resolution No. 13 -054 Whereas, Ms. Angela Bellantoni, Environmental Alternatives Inc., on behalf of All -Rite Paving & Redi -Mix Inc., whose mailing address is P.O. Box 165, Canon City, Colorado 81215, has filed Special Use Permit Application No. 13 -005, seeking to establish and operate a gravel extraction operation for the purpose of excavation, crushing, screening and hauling of gravel material from site located in part of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, T33s, R68w of the 6th PM, and more particularly described in the application documents incorporated within and supporting said application; and Whereas, Special Use Permit Application 13 -005, was considered by the Las Animas County Planning Commission at its meeting held on July 1, 2013, and was recommended for approval to the Board of County Commissioners, with conditions; and Whereas, A Public hearing was held by the Board of County Commissioners on July 16, 2013, at which time the general public was afforded an opportunity to make comment on Special Use Permit Application 13 -005. NOW, therefore be it Resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Las Animas County, Colorado, that: Determination 1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves Special Use Permit 200E.
